Kei Kaisendon was born in 2017, inspired by a founder’s unforgettable trip to Japan. After falling in love with the taste of authentic Kaisendon—a hearty bowl of fresh sashimi over rice—she came home and couldn’t find the same magic.

Driven by passion, she recreated that experience in Singapore. Every bowl we serve is crafted with the freshest seafood, premium ingredients, and a whole lot of heart—just like in Japan.
