- For party packs and/or combinations, a pre-order of at least 4 hours prior to collection is required. 对于派对包和/或组合,需要在领取前至少 4 小时预订。
- For Bento boxes, orders above 10 boxes must be placed at least 1 day prior to collection. 对于便当盒,10 盒以上的订单必须至少在领取前 1 天下单。

- Delivery Hours: 12pm – 6pm, Monday – Saturday. 送货时间:周一至周六,中午 12 点至下午 6 点。
- All orders must be placed at least 1 day prior to the delivery date. 所有订单必须在交货日期前至少 1 天下达。
- Area restrictions: Islandwide except Jurong Island and Sentosa Island. 区域限制:除裕廊岛和圣淘沙岛外的全岛。
- A delivery charge of $25 applies. 需支付 25 元的运费。
- For delivery during the festive season, delivery charges will be revised. 对于节日期间的送货,送货费用将会调整。
Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies to all items purchased from us, OBBA OL PTE. LTD. as Fresh seafood for both dine-in and take home purchases.
At Kei Kaisendon, we take pride in serving premium, fresh seafood in every bowl. We strive to ensure that every customer has a satisfying dining experience. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to assist.
Due to the perishable nature of our seafood and sashimi items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the issue is directly related to food quality or preparation error.
Requests for refunds or exchanges will only be considered if our team is notified within 2 hours of receiving or collecting the order.
All concerns will be assessed internally. Refunds or exchanges will be issued only if the issue is determined to be a result of our preparation or handling process.
When reaching out, kindly provide:
- Your order number, receipt, or order confirmation
- A brief description of the issue
